Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return for an EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via merchandise credit only.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will receive a different size/color per your request or a merchandise credit.

 

 SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, and shipped the following business day, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Residents of Massachusetts will pay state tax on their purchase (6.5%). 

Packages shipped through DHL and UPS are insured. Please note that orders shipped through USPS are not insured.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
